Horrible service and horrible repairs. Took my vehicle in because the power steering was whining, they said it was the rack and pinon and when I asked if the pump was bad too they said word for word "no the pump is fine". So we paid for it to be replaced, then about 3 months and 75 miles later it starts whining again, come to find out they put the wrong fluid in it. So they flush it and put the right fluid in. Then maybe another 100 miles later it begins whining again. Granted this is over 6 months but we don't drive the vehicle much. Now we take it back and they say the pump is bad and needs replaced. And according to the owners "cars just break, the pump was fine 300 miles ago but now it need replaced." Then when I called him on his idiocy on that he refused to do the repairs. Going to be taking this to Napa because it's napas warranty these morons are refusing to honor. They admit putting the wrong fluid in, but refuse to acknowledge the damage it could have done. Never take your vehicles here.

With over 3 million reviews on Google this is mine of this shady business. (Imo) They took my car and now I can't reach anyone. Update: after I posted this they called and the guy insults me, then asks for my "husband" then tells me I "don't know anything". He also said he didn't run diagnostics. He also had someone else I did not authorize pick up my car from my home. Heros towing. Sexist to say the least. Disgusting business that sends your car to ppl you didn't authorize then wants to change you for a bill you didn't agree to. I do not recommend them to anyone. Man, woman, or child. They need to be shut down. I will be talking to the AG consumer affairs.

🌟 Shoutout to Brothers Automotive! 🌟 I’ve been taking my car to Brothers Automotive for the last 2 years, and I can honestly say they’ve always provided top-notch service, quick appointments, and peace of mind knowing the work is truly done right. But this last visit? They went ABOVE and BEYOND in a way that deserves to be recognized! After a very heavy rainy overnight, the parking lot was muddy. I drove into the parking lot very early in the morning, before the shop was even open. I almost got stuck but my friend, who was picking me up, did get stuck. Apprehension set in. Seeing what was happening, Joel came out right away and promised they’d get her car out and even offered to drive us to work himself so we wouldn’t be late to work. Talk about kindness! The shop not only got the car out—they went the extra mile and cleaned all the mud off both of our cars! Joel treated us with so much kindness and never once made it feel like we were an inconvenience. To top it all off, when I came back to pick up my car, he comped my service because of the situation. I have to leave a review because I have mixed feelings about this place. Staff are always really friendly. Service has always been great and oil changes are fast no matter what day or time I go. Prices are affordable, probably the cheapest in the area. I also really like going here because it's close to where I live. However, the parking lot and waiting area need a lot of help!! I'd give appearance a 1 out of 5. I'll keep going and overlook the muddy and car-loaded parking lot and the dirty, run-down, cold, and uncomfortable waiting area as long as it isn't a problem for me in any way. Well today it became a problem when there wasn't anywhere to park my car or even a way to get to the store. My car got stuck in mud while trying to squeeze through 2 parked vehicles to find a way to the shop. I literally left and ran to the check in desk and told them I was there for an oil change and showed them where my car was stuck. Fortunately, they got it unstuck and serviced my car quickly. I just wish they'd make the parking lot more accessible for quick-service customers. Why is their parking lot full of about 50 cars when there's just 3 workers and 2 customers????

This was one of my fabulous experiences in the US with auto-care! I called , they said mechanic is available, in 7min I arrived, Leo welcomed me , we even shoot a video for my vlog. All parts were in stock. We negotiated about the price and i was about to leave to visit RV museum when Leo said, do you need a space car, no need to walk. That was a very special about this guys! Time is the most valuable thing during travels. So I didn’t spend even a minute waiting, I used this time to explore. I came back, paid 213$ for fixed AC and kicked the Route 66! I definitely recommend this place!
